An absolutely gorgeous diamond engagement ring from the late Victorian (ca1900) era! This fabulous ring is made of 14kt yellow gold and features a stunning old European Diamond at the center. The diamond has a M color and SI1 clarity and a total weight of 1.91ctw. The stone, which is prong set, sits atop an ornate mounting with a beautiful engraved repousse design that carries down the shoulders and on the side. Set on the shoulders of the ring are 2 Single Cut diamonds which have a total approximate weight of 0.04ctw. The inside shank is stamped "14K". The ring was appraised by an independent and accredited Gemologist in December 2013 and has a stated retail replacement value of $13,000.00. Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 7 but could be re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold mounting and the diamond is intact.
