Late Victorian 14kt Repousse Diamond Engage Ring 1.91ctw
An absolutely gorgeous diamond engagement ring from the late Victorian (ca1900) era! This fabulous ring is made of 14kt yellow gold and features a stunning old European Diamond at the center. The diamond has a M color and SI1 clarity and a total weight of 1.91ctw. The stone, which is prong set, sits atop an ornate mounting with a beautiful engraved repousse design that carries down the shoulders and on the side. Set on the shoulders of the ring are 2 Single Cut diamonds which have a total approximate weight of 0.04ctw. The inside shank is stamped "14K". The ring was appraised by an independent and accredited Gemologist in December 2013 and has a stated retail replacement value of $13,000.00. A gorgeous piece, it would make a truly beautiful engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 5 but could be re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold mounting and the diamond is intact.
