A charming Vintage pin from the 1950s! This lovely 14kt yellow gold piece is fairly large in size, and carries the shape of a dancing woman in a fancy dress. The woman is depicted in the middle of an elegant dance, balancing on one slippered foot with the other leg extended behind her. Both of her arms are outstretched and lifted in front of her, with a white pearl resting on top of each of her wrists. She wears a full-skirted dress, which is decorated with a row of eight blue sapphire stones at the top and twelve cultured pearls at the bottom. A delicate filigree wirework border at the hem and textured gold pleats in the skirt completes the lovely design. The pin fastens with a vertical bar pin clasp on the back, marked "14K". A fun and colorful Vintage piece, it would make a fabulous addition to any collection!
Measurements: The measures 1 7/8" tall, 1 5/8" wide, and 3/8" at its thickest point.
Condition: The overall condition of the pin is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold or to any of the pearls or sapphire stones, all of which are all intact.
