You may Purchase items from website via our secure server, shopping cart checkout. You also have the ability to charge your PayPal account by sending your payment to abrandtandson@gmail.com.
Check Payment
Please make check payable to A. Brandt and Son. It may take up to 10 business days to clear the check. Please do not request rush shipment on these items because we cannot ship until payment clears.
Shipping
We only ship in United States unless authorized by us. Please contact us if you would like us to ship internationaly. We only ship to PO BOX addresses if the persons name matches the PO Box. All shipments must be shipped to a physical address with someone present to sign for the package. We ship 2 day UPS Express Mail.
Return Policy
Any item purchased from Abrandtandson.com can be returned with no questions asked. Customers have 7 days (5 business days from the day of receipt of the merchandise) to return their purchases in order to receive a full refund minus Shipping and Insurance charges or any other extra charges that occurred during the transaction (e.g. we charge 2.9% restocking fee for purchases over $3000.00 and 3.25% for purchases made with American Express). No exceptions to this policy unless we authorize something in writing. Please call with questions or concerns. We will refund you right away as long as the item is returned in the condition it was sent. Refunds on diamond rings will be issued within 2-3 days after receipt of the item after inspected by our GIA appraiser. The refund will be in the same form as the original payment.
Taxes
Pennsylvania residents who are not in the trade must pay 6% sales tax added to the sale.

Jewelry descriptions and all carat weights stated represent approximate weights which varies up to 10% unless otherwise noted.
All Merchandise is sold "as is".
Any ruby, sapphire or emerald sold by A. Brandt and Son, is sold under the assumption that such precious stone has undergone some type of clarity or color enhancement unless it is sold accompanied with a certificate from a gemological laboratory stating otherwise.
Returns on Layaways
You may return the item but unlike our usual guarantee, we do not issue a full refund as we are holding an item aside for a length of time. A store credit which is good indefinitely, is issued for the full amount (less shipping costs if any are applicable, as most shipping is free).
In addition, if for any reason the layaway is not completed on time and in full, we place the item back up for sale, charge 25% of the original purchase price as a restocking fee and return to you any remaining funds.
