Deco 18kt Rose Gold & Diamond Brooch
An usual and beautiful brooch from the Art Deco era (ca1930). This piece, which is made of 18kt rose gold and platinum has 48 round brilliant cut diamonds that weigh approximately 2.25ctw. The diamonds are G color and VS1-VS2 clarity. The brooch has rose gold bars that are individually attached and are movable and is platinum topped where the diamonds are set. On the back is a very secure clasp with a safety. The piece also has an appraisal from an accredited, independent gemologist which states that the retail replacement value would be $11,750.00. It's a stunning piece with a strong Art Deco look and would be great for any collector!
Measurements: The brooch measures approximately 2" at its longest point and 1 1/2" at its widest point.
Condition: The overall condition of the pin is excellent. There is no apparent damage and the clasp is secure and in good working order.
