Victorian 15kt Gold Buckle Bangle Bracelet with Diamonds
A gorgeous Victorian (ca1880) era bracelet! This wide, 3 dimensional looking bangle is designed to look like a buckle and is made of 15kt yellow gold. There are 2 small diamonds set in a raised star motif along the strap of the buckle. The hinged bracelet has a high carat blooming finish, which was popular during the turn of the century, to give the effect of a higher carat look. This bracelet would rest nicely on an average size wrist. A strong Victorian piece, this would look great worn by itself, or with other bangles!
Measurement: The top surface of the bracelet measures 3/4" tall. The buckle of the bracelet measures approximately 1 1/4" wide. The inside opening (where your wrist would rest) measures approximately 2 1/4" long and 1 3/4" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of this bracelet is excellent. There are a few minor surface scratches which is not unusual for a piece from the turn of the century. The clasp is snug and secure and the hinge in good working condition.
