Art Deco Platinum, Diamond & Coral Ring
A stunning Art Deco diamond and coral ring from the 1930's. The ring, which is a slightly domed oval shape, is made of platinum and is encrusted with sparkling diamonds with a single Old European diamond set in the center. The center stone, which has an approximate weight of 1/2ct, is bezel set with a millgrained edge. Four vibrant triangular coral stones beam from the center stone which add to the 3-dimensional look of the ring. The side of the mounting has an additional 2 diamonds, 1 set on either side of the oval. The total diamond weight for the ring is approximately 1ctw. This unusual ring has a very Art Deco look and combines the wonderful contrasting colors of sparkling white diamonds and coral. It would be perfect for the Deco jewelry collector!
Measurements: The oval shape of the ring measures 5/8" wide, 7/8" tall and slightly more than 1/4" deep. The ring has a finger size 7.75 but it could easily be resized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the metal and all of the stones are intact.
