Art Deco 10kt Aquamarine Mixed Metals Filigree Ring
A lovely mixed metals aquamarine ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Made of 10kt white gold, this beautiful piece has a single faceted aquamarine stone which is set in the center. Resting on each shoulder of the aquamarine stone is a rose gold flower with delicate leaves. An intricate filigree wirework design carries onto the shoulders of the mounting and engraved and milgrained detail add to the feminine look of the ring. The aquamarine stone has an unusual hexagonal shape and is truly stunning with clear blue color. The shank of the ring is stamped "10K". The design is beautiful and the mixed metals look fantastic against the light blue color of the stone. It would make a fabulous addition to any collection!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 7.25 but could easily be re-sized. The hexagonal shaped setting measures approximately 1/2" at its widest point, 9/16" at the tallest point and has a depth of slightly more approximately 1/8".
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold mounting or the aquamarine stone.
