Art Deco Filigree Platinum & Diamond 2-Stone Ring 2.20ctw
A lovely 2-stone diamond ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This beautiful piece has two diamond stones that rest atop a delicate and ornate filigree mounting. The diamonds, which are old European Cut stones, have an approximate total weight of 2.20ct tw. One stone weighs 1.05ct, has K color and VS2 clarity. The other stone is slightly larger with a weight of 1.15ct, K color and SI1 clarity. Each diamond is prong set in a milgrained octagonal box setting which sits atop the platinum wirework mounting. Resting within the fabulous mounting are 32 Single Cut diamonds that have a total weight of .60 ct tw, H-J color and SI clarity range. If requested, a complimentary appraisal issued by a GIA graduate gemologist can be completed after purchase for insurance purposes. Please allow up to two weeks for the evaluation to be completed. It is an absolutely beautiful ring and would look wonderful worn as an everyday piece or could make a stunning engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring is a finger size 6.5 but it could easily be resized. When worn, the ring sits 1/4" atop the finger.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the platinum setting and all of the diamonds are intact.
