Edwardian Platinum Diamond Filigree Pendant 1.09ct center
An absolutely stunning platinum and diamond filigree pendant from the Edwardian (ca1910) era! This lightweight pendant is made of platinum and is particularly large in size. Covered in feminine filigree wirework, the pendant has a wonderful ornate design, which is detailed with soft milgrain accents and cutouts. In the center of the pendant lies a gorgeous, bezel-set, old European Cut diamond. The diamond weighs approximately 1.09ct, has K color and VS1 clarity. Surrounding the center diamond and bordering the entire piece are old Rose Cut diamonds which complete the look perfectly. The pendant hangs, from a complimentary bail, which has a front encrusted with diamonds. The special piece looks beautiful on and would look fabulous worn everyday or for a special occasion!
Measurement: The diamond pendant hangs 2" long, is 1 1/2" at its widest point and is less than 1/8" thick. The interior of the bail measures 3/8” tall and 1/4" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the pendant is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting and all of the diamonds are intact.
