A wonderful and unusual gold ring from the Victorian (ca1880) era! A perfect pinky ring, this fabulous piece is made of 10kt yellow gold and holds 2 beautiful cabochon garnet stones at the front. The ring has a simple gold band which wraps around the finger, leaving an open space in the front. A Etruscan-like carved section of can be found leading up to either side of the front of the band and 2 luscious garnets are set within the tip of each end. The design of the ring is absolutely beautiful and the piece looks wonderful on. The shank is stamped with several hallmarks, including J.P.K.", the number "10", ".417", and the letter "M". The ring displays exceptional artistry and has a very striking look worn alone or stacked with other complimentary rings.
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 4.25 but could be re-sized slightly if desired.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold mounting and both garnets are intact.
