Victorian 14kt & Onyx Double Ring Earrings
Fantastic gold and onyx earrings from the Victorian (ca1880) era! Each earring, which is fairly long in size, is made of 14kt yellow gold and is beautifully decorated with 2 dangling onyx rings. The earrings, which have a 3-dimensional design, hang from a round shaped onyx bead surmount which is attached to the earring wires. A horizontal bar-shaped bar hangs from the onyx bead and has a gold band wrapped around the center. Hanging from this bar are 2 rings which hang from an onyx topper. One ring is smaller than the other and dangles in the center of the larger. Very light and comfortable to wear, these marvelous earrings look stunning on. They would make a perfect addition to any collection!
Measurements: Each earring hangs approximately 1 1/8" long, is slightly more than 7/8" at the widest point and 1/4" in depth.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold or to the onyx.
