Art Deco Platinum Diamond Engagement Ring 1.90ct
An absolutely gorgeous diamond engagement ring from the late Art Deco (ca1930s) era! Crafted in platinum, this stunning piece holds a sparkling old European Cut diamond at the center of an ornate setting. The center diamond is prong set in a boxed setting and has a total exact weight of 1.90ct with G/H color and SI2 clarity. A total of eight old European Cut diamonds adorn the shoulders of the beautifully detailed mounting, collectively weighing 0.30ctw and displaying H-I color range and VS-SI clarity range. A grooved band, which tapers towards the back, fine milgrain detail, and a slight cathedral-style side complete the stunning design. The ring was appraised by an independent and accredited GIA-certified Gemologist in September 2020 and has a stated retail replacement value of $15,500.00. A classically beautiful Art Deco era design, it would make a perfect engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 5.5 but it could easily be re-sized if desired.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting, and all of the diamonds are intact.
