Art Deco Platinum Asscher Cut Diamond Engagement Ring 0.85ct
A stunning and classic diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Crafted in platinum, this beautiful piece adorns a gorgeous 0.85ct Asscher Cut diamond I/J VS2 at the center of a lovely band. Surrounding the bezel set stone is a beveled edge border with fine milgrain work that perfectly compliments the cut of the stone, allowing the facets to catch the light beautifully with every turn. A feminine wirework design can be seen from the sides and a subtle airline cutout adds additional airiness to the look. Six sparkling accent diamonds line the shoulders, and a smoothly polished band wraps around the back, completing the classic Art Deco appeal.The ring was appraised by an independent and accredited GIA-certified Graduate Gemologist in June 2019, and has a stated retail replacement value of $5000. Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 6.5, but could be resized if desired. The centerpiece measures approximately 1/4" wide and tall, and rests slightly less than 1/4" above the finger when worn. The band measures 1.5mm wide at the back.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting. All of the diamonds are intact and securely set.
