A fantastic carnelian and agate bracelet from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This gorgeous bracelet is set in 14kt yellow gold and is comprised of alternating carnelian and agate links, which form a very striking design. Each of the carnelian links is has a deep burnt sienna color and is carved into a smooth open ring. The agate links are carved into a geometric sugarloaf shape and display a rich black color. A yellow gold cross setting underneath the agate links extends to a pair of ridged gold loops at either side, hooking the links together to form a flexible bracelet. Hidden seamlessly within one of the agate links is a push clasp, which is stamped "14K" underneath. An added safety chain provides extra security. The bold, rich colors of the stones and the vibrant yellow gold accents give this piece a very eye-catching design. It's a fabulous bracelet and would make a wonderful addition to any collection!
Measurements: The bracelet measures approximately 7" long. Each carnelian ring has an outer diameter of approximately 5/8" and an inner diameter of 3/8". The black agate links measure 1/2" across and 3/8" at their thickest point.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting, carnelian rings, or agate links. The push clasp and safety chain are both secure and in good working condition.
