Late Art Deco 14kt & Sterling Diamond "Ruby" Earrings

Absolutely exquisite faux ruby and Rose cut diamond earrings from the late Art Deco (ca1930) era! These gorgeous earrings are made of 14kt yellow gold and topped in sterling silver. Each adorns a single, oval shaped faux ruby stone that rests in the center. The synthetic stones are faceted on both sides. The luscious, vibrant stone is set in a bezel setting and surrounded by 12 sparkling old Rose Cut diamonds. These diamonds are prong set in sterling topped 14kt gold. The earrings hang from a 14kt yellow gold bar that rests at the base of gold earring wires. The earrings are absolutely stunning and would be a perfect addition to any collection!

Measurements: Each earring hangs 1 3/8" long, is 1/2" at the widest point and has a depth of a little less than 1/8".

Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold and sterling topped setting or wires and all of the diamonds and rubies and intact.
