An exquisite diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920 era! This beautiful engagement ring holds a single diamond stone at the center, which is an old European Cut with a total weight of .26ct. The diamond is micro-prong set in a milgrained octagonal box setting made of 14kt white gold. The color of the diamond is I and the clarity is SI1. In the center of the stone is a very small culet, and the mounting adorns a wonderful filigree wirework design. The ring was appraised by an independent and accredited GIA certified gemologist in November 2014 and has a stated retail replacement value of $1,600.00. It is an absolutely gorgeous diamond and would make a beautiful engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 6.5 but it could easily be re-sized. When worn, the ring sits 1/4" atop the finger.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold or to the diamond stone.
