An exquisite diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This beautiful engagement ring has a single diamond stone which is an old European Cut and has a total weight of .27ct tw. It is prong set in an octagonal box setting made of 18kt white gold. The color of the diamond is G and the clarity is SI1. In the center of the stone is a small culet and the mounting adorns a wonderful wirework design. The band is fairly thin and is stamped "18KB" inside. The ring was appraised by an independent and accredited GIA certified Gemologist in May 2013 and has a stated retail replacement value of $2,000. It is an absolutely gorgeous diamond and would make a beautiful engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 4.25 but it could easily be re-sized. When worn, the ring sits 1/4" atop the finger.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold or to the diamond stone.
