Art Deco 18kt Diamond Engagement Ring .28ct
A lovely Art Deco (ca1920) era diamond engagement ring! This beautiful ring has an old Mine Cut diamond that sits atop a stunning filigree mounting. The diamond is prong set in a milgrained box setting and has an approximate weight of .28ct. The stone has I color and SI2 clarity. Resting within the gorgeous mounting, on each side of the center stone, are 2 additional Single Cut diamonds. Both diamonds are bead set in a triangular box setting and have an approximate total weight of .04ct tw, with each stone having an approximate weight of .02pt each. The mounting is simply wonderful with fine wirework and a beautiful etched design which carries down the shoulders of the band. The overall total diamond weight of the ring is approximately .32ct tw. If requested, a complimentary appraisal issued by a GIA graduate gemologist can be completed after purchase for insurance purposes. Please allow up to two weeks for the evaluation to be completed. It would make a stunning engagement ring for that special person!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 6.25 but could easily be re-sized. When worn, the ring sits about 1/4" atop your finger.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold setting and all of the diamond stones are intact.
