Art Deco Platinum Old European Cut Diamond Oval Bangle Bracelet 3.50ctw
An absolutely stunning and unusual diamond bangle from the late Art Deco (ca1930s) era! This gorgeous oval-shaped bracelet is crafted in platinum and displays a sparkling surface lined with diamonds. With 90 stones in all, the old European Cut diamonds wrap around the entire length of the piece, each stone resting within a seamless channel setting. The sides of the bracelet display fine hand engraved details with a lovely scrolled motif, beautifully reflecting its Deco era and collectively, the diamonds have an overall approximate carat weight of 3.50ctw. The bracelet slips on and off easily and would fit an average to medium sized wrist. A simply breathtaking piece, it would look beautiful worn by itself or paired with other complimentary bangle bracelets for a layered look. The simple yet stunning design merges seamlessly between day and night, making it suitable as an everyday piece and perfect for special occasions!
Measurements: The surface of the bracelet measures a little less than 1/8” wide. The opening (where your wrist would rest) measures 2 5/8" wide and 2 1/4" tall.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting or to any of the diamonds, all of which are intact. Due to the handmade nature of the piece, the bracelet appears slightly misshapen in the images, however, this is not at all noticeable when worn.
