Victorian Petite 14kt Diamond Star Earrings
A gorgeous pair of diamond star earrings from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Each 14kt gold earring forms a 6-point starburst, which is adorned with sparkling accent diamonds. A sparkling mine cut diamond is suspended at the very center of the star in a raised prong setting. Delicate rose cut diamonds decorate the rays of the star, and a mine cut diamond is bezel set at the very top. A simple earring wire is attached to the top of each star, completing the charming design. When worn, they hang nicely just below the ear, and have a lovely celestial appearance. These beautiful earrings would make a special everyday addition to any Victorian collection!
Measurements: Each earring hangs approximately 7/8" long, including the gold wires at the top. The stars themselves measure 1/2" in size.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting. All of the diamond are intact and securely set.
