Vintage 14kt & Diamond Starfish Flower Clip Earrings
These wonderful vintage clip earrings from the 1960s have a fun, stylish design! Each earring is made of 14kt rose gold and forms a 3-dimensional starfish design. At the center is a flower-shaped cluster of diamonds, which sparkle beautifully and stand out against the rosy hue of the gold. The diamonds have a total approximate carat weight of .75ctw, with I/J range color and SI1-SI2 range clarity. On the back of each starfish is a white gold clip stamped "14K". The secure clips allow the earrings to be worn on pierced or unpierced ears, though they could be converted to posts if desired. A charming pair of earrings, they have a bright and decorative appearance that would compliment any collection!
Measurements: Each earring measures 1 1/4" tall, 1" wide, and 1/4" thick. The overall pennyweight of both earrings combined is 10.5 dwt.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or to the diamond stones, all of which are intact. The earring clips are secure and in good working condition.
