Late Art Deco Platinum Diamond Earrings 1.25ctw
A stunning pair of diamond earrings from the late Art Deco (ca1930) era! Crafted in platinum, each dangling earring displays an elegant diamond encrusted design. A geometric shaped link swings from the topper, and is lined with sparkling Single Cut diamonds that surrounds a larger stone at the center. The bezel set Transitional Cut diamond is surrounded by a delicate airline cutout, making it appear to "float" at the center and the topper is adorned with additional diamonds and is decorated with fantastic geometrically shaped etching. Collectively, the sparkling diamonds weigh approximately 1.25ctw, each one catching the light brilliantly with every turn. Finishing the design is fine milgrain work, and a simple wire at the top, allowing them to dangle with lovely movement. These incredible and classic Art Deco earrings frame the face beautifully, making them perfect for special occasions!
Measurements: Each earring hangs approximately 1 1/2" long, 1/2" wide, and is 1/8" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting and all of the diamonds are intact. The earring wires are secure and in good working condition.
