An exquisite Art Deco (ca1920) diamond engagement ring! This beautiful ring has a single diamond stone that rests in the center of a delicate filigree mounting. The center diamond stone, which is an old European Cut, has a total weight of 0.47ct tw and is set in a beautiful 18kt white gold setting. The stone has H color and has a clarity of SI1. It has a high table and a small culet in the center of the stone. The diamond is bead set in a milgrained hexagonal box setting which sits atop a delicate filigree mounting. It was appraised in April 2012 by an independent Gemologist and has a retail replacement value of $4200.00. It is an absolutely beautiful ring and would make a stunning engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring is a finger size 4 but it could easily be resized. When worn, the ring sits 1/4" atop the finger.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold or diamond stone.
