Edwardian 18kt/Platinum Moonstone + Diamond Cluster Ring
A beautiful two-tone moonstone ring from the Edwardian (ca1910s) era! This stunning piece is crafted in platinum with an 18kt yellow gold band and displays an alluring moonstone and diamond centerpiece. The oval-shaped moonstone cabochon has an approximate total weight of 3.50ctw and exhibits soft flashes of pale blue within its translucent body. Eighteen old Mine Cut diamonds surround the moonstone, creating a sparkling border, weighing approximately 1.50ctw and exhibiting F-G range color and VS1-2 range clarity. The underside of the setting displays feminine swirls to create a gorgeous side profile and a yellow gold band marked with an "18K" gold purity stamp completes the look. This lovely ring would be a perfect addition to any moonstone lover's collection!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 6.75 but could be resized. The moonstone and diamond centerpiece measures approximately 1/2" wide and 5/8" tall.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum and gold setting or to the moonstone or diamonds, all of which are intact.
