A lovely Estate sapphire and diamond ring! Crafted in 14kt white gold, this beautiful piece features a Cushion Cut sapphire resting within a square diamond halo. The sapphire emits a lovely cornflower blue hue and has a total approximate weight of 0.90ctw. The shoulders of the ring display a split shank style with a finely milgrained channel between them and the underside of the ring's basket feature a triangular cutout pattern. Sparkling Full Cut diamonds line the shoulders and gallery of the mounting, collectively bringing the overall diamond weight of the piece to approximately 0.75ctw. Rose gold detail encompasses the five diamonds below the gallery on each side, adding a subtle and unique appeal. A smoothly polished band completes the ring's design. A "585" gold purity mark and a maker's mark, an "L" within a diamond, are stamped along the inside shank. This ring would be perfect for a sapphire lover or could make a unique gemstone engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring fits a finger size of 6.25 but could easily be resized. The central halo measures 7/16" tall and wide, and it rests 5/16" above the finger when worn.
Condition: Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting and the sapphire and all of the diamonds are intact.
