Vintage 14kt + Opal Tiered Ring
A unique ring from the 1960s! Crafted in 14kt yellow gold, this ring displays four tiers of prong-set opal cabochons topped with a single, larger opal. Each of the opal stones displays a vivid rainbow, flashing with wonderful blues, greens, yellows, and delightful tinges of pink and orange hues. The raised setting has a lovely fluted gallery and polished airline, the shoulders adorned with a banded accent. The shank is stamped with "14K" and has a gentle taper at the back. This ring would be an exciting addition to any opal lover's collection!
Measurements: The ring fits a finger size of 5 3/4 but could be easily resized. When worn, the ring rests approximately 5/8" above the finger.
Condition: The ring is in excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting. All of the opal cabochons are intact and securely set.
