Victorian 14kt/Sterling Diamond + Natural Pearl Heart Arrow Pendant Necklace 17.25"
A beautiful shooting arrow and heart necklace from the Victorian (ca1880) era! Originally a brooch, this stunning piece has since been converted into a pendant necklace for modern day wear. Crafted in 14kt rose gold and topped with sterling silver, the pendant consists of an arrow adorned with sparkling diamonds and a single natural pearl. The arrow appears to shoot through the open center of a heart, which is decorated with a gorgeous natural pearl in the middle. Incredible old Mine Cut diamonds line the arrow head, heart, and the "feathers" fletching at the back, collectively having a total approximate weight of 0.70ctw combined. The sparkling stones reflect the light brilliantly with every turn and the natural pearl displays a beautiful, soft white color and a high luster surface, perfectly complimenting the mixed metals setting. A modern and delicate rose gold interlocking link chain is attached to either end of the arrow and fastens with a secure spring clasp stamped with a "585" gold purity mark. A charming conversion piece, it merges effortlessly into modern fashion, and would make a perfect everyday accessory!
Measurements: The overall length of the necklace measures about 17.25" long. The arrow pendant measures approximately 2 1/4" wide, about 5/8" tall, and is 1/4" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the pendant necklace is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the silver and gold setting. All of the diamonds and the natural pearl are intact and securely set. The clasp is secure and in good working order.
