Late Victorian Silver Enameled Horseshoe + Nail Charm Pendant
A lovely charm pendant from the Late Victorian (ca1900) era! This beautiful piece is crafted in 800-900 grade silver and features an Equestrian-themed design along the front surface. At the center is a red enameled horseshoe which rests in a tilted manner. Weaved through the center of the shoe is an elongated nail which displays vibrant royal blue enameling. The back has a simple smooth surface and the piece hangs from a silver bail at the top, perfect for pairing with a favorite chain or charm bracelet. A charming Victorian memento, it would make a special addition to any collection!
Measurements: The charm pendant hangs approximately 1" long, has a 3/4" diameter, and measures about 1mm thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the charm is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no serious damage to the silver setting or enameled design, which is free of any noticeable chips or scratches. The bail at the top is securely attached.
