Retro Gold-Plated/Sterling Cubic Zirconia Flexible Snake Bracelet
A fantastic snake bracelet from the Retro (ca1940s) era! Crafted in gold-plated sterling, this stylish 2-tone piece has a vibrant high-karat appearance and alluring serpentine motif. The flexible design adjusts slightly to each wearer's wrist, eliminating the need for a clasp. A pattern of grooves around the band creates a coiled appearance, representing the "scales" on the snake's tail and body. Both the head and tip of the tail are capped in silver and lined with sparkling pavé cubic zirconia (also known as "C.Z."). The cubic zirconia is colorless and internally flawless, refracting the light in the same manner as a diamond in order to produce a prismatic sparkle! Vibrant red crystals represent the eyes, adding a perfect pop of saturated color. When worn, the bracelet coils twice around the wrist for a dramatic "stacked" look. Underneath the snake's head and tail are three small plaques, which are stamped with the markings: "925 Italy," a maker's signature hallmark, and "M 7.5g." A very striking Retro accessory, it merges effortlessly into modern fashion, and is sure to delight any snake lover!
Measurements: The bracelet has a semi-flexible design, expanding slightly to accommodate a small to medium sized wrist. The stacked double band measures about 1/2" wide at the back, and is 1 1/2" wide at the front (where the snake's head and tail intersect).
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold-plated sterling design. All of the cubic zirconia stones are intact and securely set. The flexible design expands and retracts properly, allowing for a comfortable fit.
