WACHENHEIMER Art Deco Sterling Onyx Link Bracelet
A stylish link bracelet from the late Art Deco (ca1930s) era! Crafted in sterling silver, this classic piece is comprised of nine onyx links which connect together to form a bold, yet feminine design. The polished stones are hand-cut into rectangular and square shapes and have soft beveled edges, together forming a unique, alternating pattern. Each stone is prong set within an open backed frame, and are linked together by delicate spacer loops on either side. When worn, the flexible bracelet wraps comfortably around the wrist, fastening with a push clasp disguised within the final link. Stamped on the underside of the clasp is a "STERLING" mark and the "WACHENHEIMER" signature hallmark. A perfect everyday bracelet, it would look fantastic worn alone or paired with other complimentary pieces for a layered look!
Measurements: The bracelet measures 6.5" long, and would fit nicely on an average to medium sized wrist. Each rectangular shaped onyx link measures approximately 5/8" long, a little more than 1/4" wide, and is 1/8" thick. Each square shaped onyx link measures a little more than 1/4" long and wide, and is a little less than 1/8" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterling silver setting. All of the onyx stones are intact, securely set, and free of chips or scratches. The clasp fastens securely and is in good working condition.
