A gorgeous diamond horseshoe ring from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Originally a stick pin, this stylish piece has since been converted for modern day wear. Crafted in 14kt yellow gold this bold ring is comprised of a polished horseshoe featuring sparkling diamonds on the surface. Each old Mine Cut diamond represents one of the 7 "nails" (always 7 for good luck!) on the face of the horseshoe, with three diamonds curving down the right side and four along the left side. The sparkling stones, which are prong set in a box setting make the round diamonds appear square shaped, given the piece a unique and fantastic look. The sides of the horseshoe, which are attached to a thin gold band, display beautifully intricate scalloped wirework that carries around the entire length of the centerpiece. A stunning ring conversion is perfect for the equestrian enthusiast and would look gorgeous worn everyday!

Measurements: The ring measures a size 6.75 but can easily be resized if desired. The horseshoe measures a little more than 5/8" long, is 5/8" wide at it's widest and rests a little more than 1/8" above the finger when worn.

Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or to any of the diamonds, all of which are intact.
