Art Deco Platinum Diamond Filigree Engagement Ring 1.25ct
A stunning engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! The exceptional central diamond has an exact weight of 1.25ct and exhibits E color and VS2 clarity. The sides and shoulders of the mounting adorn ornate wirework swirls, lacy cutouts, fine milgrain detail, and hand-engraved accents, perfect complements to the wonderful design. Fourteen additional diamonds stud the shoulders and sides, further adding to the ring's breathtaking sparkle. The center diamond is accompanied by a Diamond Grading Report issued by GIA # 110211456383 (Gemological Institute of America) from September of 2020 which confirms the stone's stated characteristics. Measurements: The ring has a finger size 6 but could be resized. When worn, the diamond centerpiece measures nearly 3/8" wide and rests approximately 1/4" above the finger. The band measures about 2mm wide at the back.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum filigree setting. The center diamond and accent diamonds are all intact and securely set.
