Georgian 14kt Diamond + Imperial Topaz Earrings and Pendant Set
A gorgeous pendant and earring set from the Georgian (ca1750s) era! Crafted in 14kt yellow gold, the earrings and pendant have a gorgeous pear-shaped Imperial Topaz stone within a closed-back collet setting. A Rose Cut diamond tops each of the Imperial Topaz stones within a diamond-shaped setting. The earrings each hang from a gold wire with a prong-set Old Mine Cut diamond, dangling with lovely movement. The pendant hangs from a round bail, ready to be worn on a favorite chain. Imperial Topaz is the rarest of all topaz varieties, displaying an incredible peachy hue, and this set is in phenomenal condition. This set would be a spectacular addition to any Georgian collection!
Measurements: The earrings hang approximately 1 3/8" in length (including the earring wire), nearly 5/16" wide, and almost 1/4" deep. The pendant hangs about 1 1/16" in length, 5/16" wide, and 1/4" deep.
Condition: The earrings and pendant are in overall excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting. The Imperial Topaz and diamonds are all intact and securely set. The earring wires are in excellent condition. The pendant's bail is in excellent condition.
