A stunning pair of diamond and emerald studs from the late Art Deco (ca1930) era! Crafted in 14kt yellow gold topped with sterling silver, each octagonal shaped earring holds a single Transitional Cut diamond at the center of an ornate design. Gorgeous curved filigree rays appears to swirl around the center bezel set stone, each one decorated with sparkling Single Cut diamonds and calibrated emeralds. The vivid green emeralds weigh approximately 0.40ctw combined, and the diamonds weigh approximately 0.20ctw combined between both earrings. The combination of the gemstones looks striking, with the diamonds catching the light brilliantly next to the bright green stones. Finishing the fabulous design is fine milgrain work throughout, and elegant airline cutouts that embellish the entire edge. The back reveals a simple post and earring back. The earrings have a timeless and a versatile design that would look beautiful worn day or night!

Measurements: Each earring measures approximately 1/2" in diameter and is 1/8" thick.

Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterling and gold setting. The diamonds and emeralds are intact and securely set. The posts and earring backs are secure and in good condition.
