A fantastic pair of gold earrings from the Retro (ca1940) era! Made of vibrant 14kt yellow gold, these wonderful earrings have a simple, yet attractive design. A large yellow gold ball dangles from earring toppers that are comprised of a smaller gold ball which attaches to a simple wire. The earrings were originally screwbacks, but have been converted into wire earrings for more convenient wear. The hollow design makes the earrings wonderfully lightweight and comfortable. Fun and versatile, they would make a fabulous addition to any collection!
Measurements: The earrings hang 1 1/2" long, and are 5/8" wide and thick.
Condition: Overall, the earrings are in excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and the earring wires are intact.
