Art Deco French Platinum Aquamarine + Diamond Ring 3.00ct
A stunning aquamarine and diamond ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! French in origin, this fabulous piece is crafted in platinum and adorns an Emerald Cut aquamarine stone at its center. The prong set stone weighs approximately 3.00ct, displaying a vivid sky blue color that catches the light beautifully with every turn. A trio of Single Cut accent diamonds flank the center stone, sparkling brilliantly and complimenting the aquamarine perfectly. Lovely heart-shaped wirework decorates the mounting, and a smoothly polished band featuring a subtle central groove tapers slightly towards the back where a French touchmark of a dog head is stamped. A stunning Art Deco piece, it would look wonderful worn on special occasions, or could make a unique gemstone engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 7, however it could easily be re-sized. When worn, the ring rests approximately 1/4" above the finger. The tapered band measures 1.5mm wide at the back.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting. The aquamarine stone and diamonds are intact and securely set.
