Edwardian Platinum/18kt Pavé Diamond Heart Ring 1.25ctw
An absolutely exquisite diamond heart ring from the Edwardian (ca1914) era! This stunning platinum piece adorns a diamond encrusted heart-shaped centerpiece resting on a decorative band. The incredible old Mine Cut diamonds are pavé-set and weigh 1.25ctw collectively, exhibiting a beautiful sparkling array with every turn. The gallery features a lacy filigree design crafted in 18kt yellow gold, creating a gorgeous design visible from every angle! Beautiful filigree wirework also lines the shoulders of the mounting, while a delicate cutout pattern travels along the band. Engraved inside the shank is "AJT 1914." This breathtaking ring would look incredible worn on special occasions, or could make a romantic gift for someone special!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 6, but could be resized if desired. The heart-shaped centerpiece measures a little more than 1/2" wide and tall, and rests approximately 1/8" above the finger when worn. The graduating band measures 1.5mm wide at the back.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum and gold setting. All of the diamonds are intact and securely set.
