Victorian 15kt Onyx, Seed Pearl & Enamel Earrings
A simply wonderful pair of onyx earrings from the Victorian (ca1880) era! Made of 15kt yellow gold, each fabulous earring begins with a decorative black enamel topper, which is accented with natural seed pearls and attached to a simple gold earring wire. A solid black onyx plaque dangles freely from the topper, giving each earring lovely movement when worn. On the front of the onyx is a simple yet striking design that resembles an elongated "V" set with delicate natural seed pearls. These fabulous earrings have a beautiful Victorian look and would make a lovely addition to any collection!
Measurements: The earrings hang 1 5/8" long, are 5/8" at their widest point and 3/8" at their thickest point.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the onyx or gold and all of the seed pearls are intact. The earring wires are secure and in good condition.
