Art Deco Platinum Diamond Engagement Ring 2.40ct

At the center of the octagonal-shaped face is a sparkling old Mine Cut diamond, which is micro prong set and surrounded by a fine airline cutout. The diamond weighs 2.40ct and has M+ color and VS2 clarity. A stunning filigree motif covers the sides and shoulders of the ring, complete with flowing wirework, shapely cutouts, hand engraving, and fine milgrain detail. Six old European cut accent diamonds decorate the shoulders of the ring, adding the perfect finishing touch! These stones have a combined carat weight of .15ctw with H-I range color and VS range clarity. The ring was appraised by an independent and accredited GIA certified Graduate Gemologist in November 2016 and has a stated retail replacement value of $21,000.00. Measurements: The ring is a finger size 6.5, but could be resized. When worn, the ring rests approximately 1/4" above the finger at the center. The dimensions of the center stone are 8.34 x 8.38 x 5.2mm.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum mounting or to any of the diamonds, all of which are intact and securely set.
