Art Deco Platinum Round Diamond Engagement Ring 0.95ct
A gorgeous diamond engagement ring from the late Art Deco (ca1930s) era! This stunning platinum ring holds a sparkling .95ct Round Cut diamond at the center. The diamond is prong set and has H color and VS2 clarity. A cluster of diamonds decorates both shoulders of the ring in a unique fashion. Two of the stones are baguette cut diamonds, which weigh approximately .08ctw combined. The remaining six diamonds are single cut stones, which weigh approximately .20ctw combined and are individually bezel set in a trefoil pattern. All of the accent stones that decorate the mounting have G-H range color and VS range clarity. An airline is visible from the side of the ring, which extends to a smooth and simple band in the back. The ring was appraised by an independent and accredited GIA certified gemologist in June 2016 and has a stated retail replacement value of $9,800.00. When worn, the ring is quite radiant and has a beautiful and unique shape. It would make a very special vintage engagement ring!
