Art Deco Platinum & Single Cut Diamond Half Band .20ctw
This sparkling diamond half band from the Art Deco era (ca1930s) is simply gorgeous! The ring is made of platinum and features a row of 7 single cut diamonds that line the front surface. The diamonds are channel set, weighing approximately .20ctw combined. At either end of the channel setting is a tapered chevron, extending to a simple and smooth band. Several markings can be found inside the shank, including the stamp ".900 PLAT" and the engraved inscription "G.N.B. to E.A.A. 9.23.40". A simple yet beautiful piece, this diamond band would stack perfectly with other rings, or it could make a unique wedding band or anniversary piece!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 5.5, but could be re-sized. The width of the band measures 3mm at the front and 2mm at the tapered back.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting, and all of the diamonds are intact.
