AURAFIN Estate 18kt Carnelian & Onyx Intaglio Spinner Necklace
This fabulous estate necklace is a stylish piece by Italian designer Aurafin! The name "Aurafin" translates to "fine gold," and this vibrant 18t yellow gold design is true to its namesake. The necklace consists of a large spinner pendant that hangs from a twisted gold rope chain. The pendant has a double-sided design that spins from a bar at the center. One side holds a richly colored carnelian stone, the other a deep black onyx stone, each with an intaglio image carved into the surface. Both images depict the profile of an ancient Roman soldier wearing a traditional feathered helmet. Two cabochon rubies rest at either side of the spinning center, and a decorative gold framework completes the pendant. The gold chain is threaded through two hidden loops on the back of the pendant, and fastens with a gold lobster clasp at the back. A small gold plaque medallion hangs beside the clasp, stamped "18KT AURAFIN ITALY" on one side, and "Bolero" on the other. When worn, the necklace drapes prominently at the neckline and makes a striking statement. It would make a perfect addition to the fashion-forward woman's collection!
Measurements: The necklace measures 17" long. The pendant hangs 1 3/4" long at the center, measures 1 3/8" wide, and 1/2" thick. The double-sided spinner at the center is 7/8" tall, 3/4" wide, and 3/8" thick. The total weight of the piece is 52.7 grams.

The spinner moves freely and easily when turned. Both ruby cabochons are secure and intact.
