Victorian 18kt Mine Cut Diamond Sunburst Pendant 2.50ctw
A stunning diamond sunburst pendant from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This wonderful piece is made of 18kt gold and forms the shape of a beautiful sunburst, with twelve curvy rays that fan outwards from the center. The surface of the sunburst is encrusted with sparkling old Mine Cut diamonds, which line each of the sun's rays in a fine pavé setting. The result is an incredibly bright piece that catches the light beautifully when worn! Together, the stones weigh approximately 2.50ctw combined and have estimated G-H range color and SI range clarity. The center stone weighs approximately .25ct. A flip down bail attached to the back of the sunburst makes it easy to hang and wear the pendant from a favorite chain chain. Both feminine and beautiful, this dazzling sunburst would make a gorgeous addition to any collection!
Measurements: The piece hangs 1 1/4" long, measures 1" wide, and approximately 1/4" deep.
Condition: The overall condition of the pendant is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or to the flip down bail, which is secure and in good working condition. All of the diamonds are intact and securely set.
