A fabulous and unique pair of piercing arrow earrings from the Art Deco (ca1930) era! Crafted in 14k yellow gold, each stud-like earring depicts the shape of a shooting arrow. The surface is smoothly polished, with a pointed tip at one end, and realistic carved fletching at the other, adding wonderful texture to the design. The arrows are hinged posts that actually pierce through the ear which lock into place at a polished 14k yellow gold bead. Measurement: Each earring measures approximately 1 3/4" long and are approximately 1/4" wide at the feathered end.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting. The hinged posts are in good working condition.
