Art Deco 14kt French Cut Onyx & Diamond Bangle Bracelet
A very rare and stylish bracelet from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This unusual slip-on bangle is made of 14kt gold, and features a lovely multi stone design. A row of black onyx stones are channel set within the surface, alternating with sparkling rose cut diamond accents, creating a continuous and seamless pattern. The French Cut onyx stones have a rich, solid black color, their polished facets catching the light beautifully! Traveling along both edges of the bracelet is a fine etched pattern, complete with floral accents and a wheat pattern common to the Art Deco era. The sleek, stylish design lends itself perfectly to modern day fashion, and would look fabulous stacked with other complimentary bangles. A very wearable everyday piece, it is perfect for the fashion-forward woman's collection!
Measurements: The inside of the bracelet (where a wrist would rest) measures 2 5/8" in diameter. It would fit nicely on a medium/average sized wrist. The surface of the bracelet measures 1/4" wide and 1/8" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or engraved details. All of the onyx and diamond stones are intact and securely set.
