Product Details

A stunning diamond ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Crafted in platinum, this beautiful piece has a gorgeous multi-stone design which is encrusted with with sparkling diamonds along the front and shoulders. Resting at the center is a cluster of 5 old Mine Cut diamonds which are set within a square milgrained box frame. The four corner stones are consistent in size, while the center stone is smaller, and together, they almost create the illusion of a single diamond stone. Carrying onto the shoulders of the ring are twelve additional Mine Cut diamonds which are set within a triangular-shaped sections, completing the glittering design perfectly. Collectively, the overall diamond weight of the ring is 1.75ctw with color in the H-J range and clarity in the VS-SI range. Milgrained details, fine filigree wirework and etched accents can be found along the sides and along the mounting of the ring, and a smooth band in the back completes the lovely design. Stamped along the shank is a "100 IRID. 900 PLAT." A timeless and classic beauty, this Vintage ring would make any collection complete!

Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 5, but could be easily re-sized. The rectangular-shaped centerpiece measures approximately 5/8" wide and 3/8" tall and when worn, the center of the ring rests approximately 1/8" above the finger. The tapered band measures 1.5mm wide at the back.

Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting or to any of the diamonds, all of which are intact and securely set.
