Art Deco Platinum Diamond Engagement Ring 0.88ct
A gorgeous diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This lovely piece is crafted in platinum and features an old European Cut diamond micro prong set at the center of an octagonal box setting. The stone weighs approximately 0.88ct and has K color and SI1 clarity. Adorning the shoulders of the ring is a hand-etched wheat design and fine filigree wirework and milgraining can be seen from the sides. The ring was appraised by an accredited and independent GIA-certified Gemologist in March 2018 and has a stated retail replacement value of $4,200.00. A truly beautiful piece with a very classic and feminine look, it looks stunning when worn and would make a perfect engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 6.25 but could be easily re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting and the diamond is intact.
