Art Deco Platinum Diamond Engagement Ring 1.61ct
A simply gorgeous diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Made of platinum, this beautiful ring has a beautifully designed mounting with a graduated rows of diamonds on each shoulder and a gorgeous old Mine Cut diamond in the center. The center diamond, which is set within a square box prong setting, weighs 1.61ct with J color and I1 clarity. The 6 bead set diamonds that rest on the shoulders have I-J color range, SI clarity range and a total weight of approximately 0.10ct. The side of the mounting displays a beautiful airline design with delicate engraving and milgrained detail. Stamped inside of the ring is "PLAT". The ring comes with an appraisal from an independent and accredited GIA certified Gemologist. It's a delicate and feminine piece that looks enchanting when worn, and it would make a stunning engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of a large 6.25 but could be easily re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting or to any of the diamond stones, all of which are intact.
