Art Deco Platinum Diamond Eternity Band 1.00ctw
A gorgeous diamond eternity band from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This stunning piece is crafted in platinum and features a row of sparkling Old Mine cut diamonds. The stones are prong set and collectively, there are a total of 29 diamonds, which have a combined carat weight of approximately 1.00ctw. A smooth beveled edge borders the diamonds in a channel-like style, and the sides of the band are left smooth. This lovely and feminine design could be worn alone or stacked with other complimentary bands. It's a beautiful and classic piece that would make an exquisite wedding band or anniversary gift!
Measurements: The ring has a finger of size 6.75. The band measures approximately 2.75mm wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is great. Besides normal surface wear, there is no significant damage to the platinum setting and all of the diamonds are intact. It appears that over time, one or two of the stones has been replaced with diamonds that are not consistent in color and/or cut; one diamond has a bit more color than the others and the other appears to be a Full Cut stone rather than a Mine Cut. The differences in stones are only evident when examined carefully with a jeweler's loupe and not noticeable when the ring is worn.
