Art Deco Platinum Diamond & Onyx Dog Charm
A wonderful platinum dog charm from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This delicate piece depicts the head of what appears to be a Scottish Terrier dog shown in profile. The entire front surface is encrusted with sparkling pavé set diamonds, while delicate cutouts and black onyx stones represent the dog's nose and collar. A small loop at the top rests between the raised, pointed ears, allowing the piece to be hung from a bail. This beautiful piece is perfect for any dog lover and would look wonderful worn on a special charm bracelet or necklace!
Measurements: The charm measures approximately 1/2" tall and wide, and is less than 1/16" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the charm is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting, and all of the diamond and onyx stones are intact.
